Tuan was a gracious host who went out of his way to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived for an early check-in, which he supported and made sure we were always comfortable. He allowed us to cook in his kitchen and personally escorted us the local market. Having Tuan along made those days in Ha Long blissfully easy to navigate. We would highly recommend this brand new stylish hotel for your next trip to Ha Long. This hotel is located close to tourist activities as well as a stone throw away to the beach.
