However, we travelled and used this as a quick stop to Hanoi and we were a bit judged by the staff for not being ‘neat and tidy’ due to our motorbike. All in all, the fanciest hotel ever but be aware that you should fit in.

It's in the commercial district and a big majority of the guests are local Vietnamese. Staff is very helpful and try their very best to answer your queries despite their poor command of English.
