The hotel is brand new and done in a classic French provincial style. It has an European feel that will remind you of a great architectural era that has long past. 2. The staff was very pleasant and eager to accommodate. They even helped me get a free shuttle bus from the transportation station, to the hotel. 3. The rooms were spacious, elegant, clean, and modern. The beds were large and comfortable. They were modern touches throughout the unit, like lighted mirrors. There was a coffee and tea station set up in the room before we even arrived. Hotel is right in the center of the Ha Tien night market. Very convenient location, close to street foods and restaurants.

To be honest, I would love to say a very Big THANK YOU for preparing me the room that is so clean, tidy, spacious, it is super stunning seaview and we are able to see cable cars on our head, sea shows with musical water fountains and fireworks.. This is so beautiful though give me the best holiday vibes. Staff and hospitality is superb and delightful. Love! Love! Love! I will want to come again to stay here in the future and would recommend this hotel to others included family, friends and social networking peoples.

Loved the Bungalow, so close to the beach and a lot of eateries and King Kong shop. Best spot to view sunsets. Room so big, a lot of space to place your belongings, 3 mirrors were a bonus. Staff is amazing, very helpful, made sure we have everything needed for comfortable stay. We had an issue with aircon, which was fixed very quickly and we even got a replacement room for a night.

Wowza! This is easily in my top 5 experiences travelling over 20 years. Thao and VanhAn (Rachel) were so accommodating on every single request. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I came down with a small cold and VanhAn went to the garden and pick fresh herbs for me to add to boiling water and breathe in the steam. Extremely clean and spacious with luxurious mattress, linen and pillows! Soft and fluffy bath sheets and washers. The Resort’s Mojito Bar is open all day. Right on the beach, so you can chose so eat breakfast lunch and dinner in the glasshouse indoor dining, lounge in the covered outdoors, or lay back on the beach chairs under an umbrella to be served tradition and some western food from the menu. If you decide on dinner, head down for a pre dinner cocktail as the sun goes down and watch to sun set over the ocean. AND my husband dropped his computer. In Australia all would have been lost but the owner contacted his IT support company and they not only repaired, but retrieved all his file and provided a hard drive! The IT guys were persuaded to keep trying until they had only good news. Our thanks to the whole team for a most cherished holiday.
