Mai Chau Ecolodge dikelilingi oleh pegunungan dan sawah, serta menawarkan kamar dan suite modern dengan pemandangan dan Wi-Fi gratis. Staff was exceptional. Very welcoming, great help, and made our stay for just under a week an very memorable experience for our family. We had to visit the local hospital and they sent a local Staff member with us to help and translate. That was truly great and highly appreciated. We stayed in different type of rooms, all were nice. Pool including private pools were clean, fresh water every other day or so and we noticed emptying and refilling after guest left. So we do not recognize the comment about pools that we not clean. Food was good. Staff in various departments, housekeeping, reception, massage, security and restaurant all fantastic. Reliable with transfers etc. Highly recommended.

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast great. The location is right in the middle of Mai Chau, very close to the market and a winmart+ (supermarket). Eventhough this hotel is not in the ricefields, it's still a great choice if you like comfort. All the overpriced acco in the ricefields are "rustic", which is realtor speak for tacky and basic. There's a good motorbike rental shop next door.

The owners of the resort and their son welcomed us very hospitably. A quiet location where you can relax. The breakfast was extremely good. The resort has beautifully furnished rooms in which you can find everything you need. The surroundings are also very nicely decorated with plenty of greenery and flowers. If we are in these places again, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

We visited Halo Retreat while touring Vietnam on our motorcycles. We had a fantastic stay and are very grateful to our host who guided us to a mechanic to fix an issue with one of our bikes. Our room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, the evening meal we had was delicious and I have high praise for our friendly and helpful hosts. I also enjoyed the location, which was peaceful and close to nature. Many thanks for a rememberable stay.

Our room has balcony that faced the breathtaking view. Professional and kind staff who simply responded with a smile to our every request. Highly recommend!!!

I feel happy, because I chose this place as the last stop on my journey to explore Vietnam I was truly rested after a long trip. All the staff are kind. Their English was not very good but they took care of me with all their heart. Kim and Map the doggos are also "good boys", they are friendly, they love everyone. They cook in the style of their homeland, the dishes use mountain spices, very strange but also very delicious. Room rates, food and drink prices are cheap. I will return to this place next July, when I return to Vietnam.

Clean room and quiet place to be. Motorcycles park inside overnight. Checkout at 12:00 is late enough. There are free bottles of water in the room. Staff filled our empty bottles for free + they sell beverages. I didn't found a soap, but shampoo works as well.
