Very large room with lots of sunlight and a comfortable bed. Clean soft white sheets including a duvet cover. The host is very kind and can help with anything you need. Location is great, right next to a central plaza where locals hang out and within walking distance of the riverfront with markets and sight seeing. Excellent deal for the price. Off of main streets, so it was nice and quiet too. Good, reliable wifi for work calls.

The hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful, the mattress was comfortable, and I had plenty of hot water. Highly recommended.

We were unable to book our o/n train online due to credit card issues and last minute booking. I was getting so worried and stressed but she was able to arrange everything for us over the phone including payment! She even paid! And we have her cash. We had no idea what to do for an afternoon so Kate was also able to arrange a great tour with a lovely lady who spoke excellent English. She also booked our return bus with FUTA. Free shuttle service from FUTA terminal also. Rooms clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast with fruit and coffee was included. Oh and a lovely welcome drink and free wifi. A host that goes above and beyond. What a superstar!!
