The property was new, clean, and serene. Good price for the rooms. The owner Luan speaks fluent English and his wife is very sweet along with their 2 1/2 year old daughter. She cooked us an authentic Vietnamese dinner our first night and accommodated our tastes for the other days. I fully recommend staying at this hotel since the hospitality was so great.

Later Phuong Nam hotel sent me an email : “Sorry we were out of town for the Vietnamese New Year “. I sent an email to Booking.com costumer services to complain, but no reply from Booking.com yet .
