Beautiful beach position. Extremely well maintained..beautiful gardens. Lovely pools. Rooms were fantastic, high quality bedding,large bathroom and bedroom with sofa looking out to the beach. Direct beach access. Good gym and pickleball and tennis courts with tuition available. Good restaurant and bar.

Beautiful hotel. Our oceanfront rooms were just a few steps from the beach. The pool area was lovely. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to use Westin facilities but much preferred staying at Buoy Haus. Would highly recommend staying there.

The hotel has a lovely pool and free sun loungers. The staff couldn’t do more to help and make you welcome.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. At the reception Sandra was able to help me with any inquiries I had, for example renting a car. In overall a great experience for the first time visiting the Tortola.
