Situated in Montevideo, 9 km from Shopping Mall, Alquimista Montevideo boasts an outdoor pool and views of the pool. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. I decided to spend some time and write this review because the hosts of this little gem were exceptional. The room and the common spaces were all very clean and had an artistic touch. You do not get the feeling of staying in a hotel or an airbnb. The great hosts along with the property welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere, which is ideal for families. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. I definitely recommend this place.

Hidalgo and Nelson booked us with good restaurants, were so helpful with travel plans, and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast of omelets, baked goods, fruit and coffee was generous and delicious. The Cuidad Vieja was a lovely place to stay, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it was quiet and safe.

Vi kom over fra Buenos Aires for å ha litt strandliv i 2 dager. Montevideo er en rolig by og vi skulle gjerne vært der minst ett døgn til. Veldig hyggelige folk, avslappet stemning, god mat og vin. Vi rakk bare ett spisested for middag - til gjengjeld anbefales dette på det sterkeste La Petite Cusine med kun plass til 22 gjester.
