However the staff are this hotel’s jewel in the crown. Maria on Reception was so helpful and friendly. From welcome bottles of water to late check outs. She was always polite and caring and really looked after us. It is so refreshing to see someone use their initiative and problem solve rather than the usual ‘ computer says no’ response we have found in the past at other hotels. The price was exceptionally reasonable too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Loved that it was steps away from the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved the sink in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and effectient.

The Schooner Inn has always been our go to choice we haven’t considered any other hotel in VABeach and we’re down there several times a year. It’s always a great experience, we won’t be staying anywhere else when we come back.

The room was spacious, clean, and good decor; the pool and raquetball were great; room was clean; staff was friendly and worked hard to accommodate us and grant requests.
Perfect hotel for a family! Spacious, clean, quiet and everything one would ever need. The spa in the bathroom was wonderful. The fireplace in the living room made for cozy dinners. It was nice having a free washer and dryer in the hallway to use, a full kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator and even a dishwasher. (The hotel provided ample dishes, cookware, and even mini bottles of dish soap.) Wolfgang Puck coffee was included along with a coffee maker and cups/saucers. Our kids enjoyed the free cartoons and craft activity and the pool area. There is so much to do you don’t have to leave the resort. Did I mention there was tons of parking? The location is very convenient only 10 minutes from Busch Gardens and surrounded by stores and restaurants. My family would love to go back to stay again sometime. Truly a home away from home!

Everything! This place was amazing and very accommodating. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The living area was nice and the kitchen well-stocked. The bathroom had a tub big enough for two, and the bedroom was cozy with a balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a nice room after we moved to the 7th floor. Our first floor room hadn’t been cleaned before we checked in.
It was right on the beach , spectacular view and watching dolphins from the balcony
Wonderfully large accommodation with extensive living room, desperate kitchen and master bedroom with robes. Has a fireplace that I wish we could light but no wood, likely not encouraged. Nice location. A river view round have been only nicer.
