Featuring a 24-hour business centre and complimentary daily appetizers and beverages, this Drury Plaza Hotel is located in downtown Cleveland, just 2 blocks away from the Cleveland Convention Center. I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient. We noticed that even the managers pitched in where needed. The building itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and a lovely surprise was the kickback in the evening where you received complimentary drinks and food. We also loved the hotel bar which was open until late. We had a fabulous stay and if visiting Cleveland again we would not look to stay anywhere else.

Breakfast was terrific! Room was very clean! New! Staff very friendly. They accommodated us very well (along with our two pets who were kenneled in our room). The purpose of our stay was to escape harmful fumes from sealer that was being put down in our home prior to new flooring. As the renovation continues next month, if we need another overnight stay we will definitely book with the Hampton Inn and Suites.
