Lovely welcoming staff after our previous disappointing hotel experience elsewhere. Our room felt clean, beds were comfortable, there was a kitchenette with bowls/ plates/ cutlery so we could eat in our room. Nothing was a problem for the staff.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were all fantastic and did an amazing job. After traveling for over twenty hours from the UK it was a pleasure to see how nice the hotel was. The biggest bonus of all was how friendly and helpful the reception staff were. We much needed that after a very long trip, thank you. The bar food was also good and the bar staff really happy and friendly. We loved the shuttle bus and how often they ran. We never waited more than five minutes at either side for one. The pool area was lovely and the gardens are just gorgeous and well looked after.

Las cuartos están muy amplias, todo funciono muy bien . El jacuzzi el agua tibia muy agradable . La zona muy bonita limpia y segura . Hay Walmart como a 4 minutos en carro , comida hay mucho y diferente restaurante . Para mi estaba Perfecto. El desayuno bastante bueno , el café delicioso y el personal muy amable y lo mejor bilingüe . Cuando llegue me atendió un muchacho americano creo , no hablaba español pero muy gentil y amable . A 15 o 20 minutos más o menos de Disney . Pero para mi estaba bien en relación a lo confortable de el hotel .
it was an exeptional stay right near where i needed to be for work. the staff was very nice and helpful. the room fee was only $50 cash that i got back even tho it said $100 online.
