I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

The hotel is located in a gated community, and this is why, probably, it was very quiet through the night. The property seems to be new and in a very pristine condition. I would go ahead and speculate it was supposed to be a guest house but was repurposed. The room was clean and big, the bed was comfortable, and the shades were very dense so I managed to sleep till 10 am which is rare to me even at home. The staff was very friendly. WiFi was fast and stable. The breakfast was fine.

Vinnytsya is getting better each time we come. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes with very democratic prices, people are friendly, service is also pretty good. If you have been to Lviv, Odessa, Kyiv and are looking for another nice place to go, Vinnytsya is a great destination, it is quiet and has everything at the same time.
Vinnytsya is not a tourist destination. The only reason to go there is to see a friend or for business.

This is a lovely hotel. My room was spacious and attractive, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially one woman who seemed to work long hours and served me most of my meals. She was very cheerful and considerate. The restaurant is excellent - I had not only breakfast but also dinner there every day and appreciated the selection, the quality of the food, and the nice atmosphere, especially in the covered terrace area. I would definitely stay there again.

It is a quaint little hotel, located about about 10-15 minutes from a nice park and a major mall. My room had a bathroom down the hall, but it was a private room with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The reception lady didn't speak English but Google translate came to the rescue :). Upon checking out the next morning, she stored my backpack until I came back in the afternoon to head to the train station for my overnight train.
