Imagine my surprise and admiration when I was met by lovely, smiling girls, ready to reassure and support. There was a feeling that I was in the house of old acquaintances and close people. Clean comfortable room, good coffee and aromatic tea in the evenings. And always a charming smile on the faces of the staff. All my wishes were fulfilled instantly, with love and professionally. Daily cleaning of the room did not leave the slightest reason for disappointment. I recommend this hotel without a shadow of a doubt.

Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

Convenient and quiet, beautiful views, located next to the ski lift. We particularly enjoyed the sauna. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We were leaving very early in the morning, and they even provided a packed breakfast.

The price-quality balance is brilliant. Well-located in the centre, easy to walk anywhere, including the train station. The room wasn't the most spacious, but it had everything you could ask for although as one other reviewer pointed out if you're working from the desk in the room, you need to sit on the bed. Shower provided nice hot water, but the pressure wasn't the highest. A new shower head should fix the problem I had in 529 Breakfast was decent with everything being topped up once it ran low. There's a supermarket next to the hotel and a small shop connected to the hotel just outside which is ideal if you want to buy some snacks. The hotel was super clean, nice and toasty and had no electricity problems while I was there. I'd definitely stay here again.
Breathtaking scenery. Very quiet place. Gorgeous swimming pool with heated crystal clear water. Well trained and super friendly staff. Delicious cuisine with a big variety of choices- both authentic Ukrainian and European. Warm floors in the bathroom. Wooden houses and furniture. Very fast internet. Picturesque canyon, mountain river and deep forest just a couple of minutes walk. There are various sightseeing places you can easily drive to. Perfect hideaway regardless of the weather.
