Two young employees of the hotel even made sure that I didn't have to go to bed hungry after my already very late arrival. The receptionist went into the kitchen at 11pm to make me some toast with grilled cheese and sausage. I hadn't eaten much all day and this toasts were literally lifesavers. Breakfast was very good. A gem of a hotel even in winter. Beautiful grounds, huge room, great shower and outstanding food in the restaurant. Best off all: the staff, who went out of their way to help a non Ukrainian speaking guest. So grateful to them!
I am a journalist visiting Ukraine. Really enjoyed talking with Viktor, receptionist. He gave me excellent background on Bucha during the Russian occupation. Hotel looted along with liquor supply. He told me about getting out and going through checkpoints. He is also very personable young guy with good English skills. Hotel is very nice and has bar and restaurant with big menu. Of course at the moment it is a great value for your money, as most people are not quite ready to go on holiday in Ukraine because of the war. Probably only adventurous people or journalists.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was a priority for our travel as we were travelling with a child. It was super clean. Also, the staff was accommodating and helped us in an ad-hoc situation. Most importantly the hotel has a shelter.
Everything was so easy and hotel is very good, i have stayed at this hotel many times before and I fully recommend it.

This is my 3rd stay in Wish. Previously I used to stay in Villas. This is the first time I stayed in main building with restaurant, indoor swimming pool and spa. Although it is more convenient to visit restaurant and access spa when you stay in main building (everything happens indoor), to my opinion, Villas are more comfortable. I like indoor swimming pool, well-equipped gym and spa with variety of saunas and facilities. All these makes Wish a perfect choice for retreat in any time of a year.

I really liked this place, well located on the river, and far enough away from the city to feel like a getaway. Host is very friendly and quick to help if needed. I was able to communicate in English with ease. The cottages are spacious, and the Bana was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The room was huge, facilities were fresh and new, big terrace with a nice forest view. Actually looks better then on the photo There is one restaurant with wine and appetizers at the first floor, and second with all meals five mins away from hotel. Prices are above the average Stuff was pretty friendly, greeting us every time they saw us Clean enough
