Staff were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and always offered to help in any way possible, even without asking. Some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met!! Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!! Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

The staff’s customer service is extraordinary — from the front desk tram to the bellhoppers. They were kind, hospitable and extremely helpful — made us feel like VIPS. I also had the best sleep in my trip in this hotel — loved the mattress and the sheets. This hotel is also centrally located, close to a metro station and close to the things we wanted to see and experience in Taipei.

This is a new hotel that opened earlier in 2024 and the room is very clean. The location is unbeatable, literally just next to one of the subway exits. Although it;s right next to a major intersection, the sound insulation is good and generally no noise fromthe traffic could be heard. The staff are very friendly.

We spent a total of 4 days in Taipei area; 2 in Xinbeitou and 2 in downtown Taipei. We joined a half day guided bus tour of the city which was very good, our guide, Thomas, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. Travelling by MRT was great, quick, easy and inexpensive. Taipei is very spread out so it is not easy to walk. We went to Shilin night market - very impressive. We also liked Tower 101 and the Din Tai Fung restaurant!
This was a budget hotel with free Chinese style breakfast. In addition Hotel fare was relatively lower than in Taipei area.

The hotel is beautiful and in Xinyi District, in the middle of the most expensive area of Taipei, also near the night life where the best clubs of Taipei are.

This was an amazingly comfortable hotel. Plenty of space, huge bathroom (with hi-tech toilet), and extremely soft bed. The room aesthetic is exactly as they show in the photos.
Great location just across from SongShan MRT station, very convenient , close proximity to the famous Raohe night market and Wufenpu Shopping district. There is a 24-hour Japanese restaurant which is great if you wanna grab very early or late night meals. The room was well equipped with attention to details, clean, modern and spacious. We also love the interior of the hotel and room. Those lovely furniture definitely set this hotel apart from the rest (of similar class).
We loved the pool and the rooms! Very clean and plenty of space. The restrooms were great too, with a nice bath and two sinks! 🪻Location perfect for catching the train to the airport and very central.
Very nice location, just next to train station and close to MTR station. Kids playroom and swimming pool are fantastic for family stay.
It’s super convenient not too far frm the mrt station the staff was soo good the breakfast not bad for the price😘😘
