The hotel staff is very cooperative and all there to help you at their earliest. Taoyuan Airport is only a 45 minute drive. Private taxi from Airport arrival lounge charges TW$1300 while if you book a private car/taxi outside airport or from hotel to airport it only costs you TW$1000.

Hotel Intrendy offers accommodation in Taishan, a 5-minute walk from Airport MRT Taishan Gueihe Station and a 10-minute walk from MRT Danfeng Station on Zhonghe-Xinlu Line. Beds were comfy. Shower and tub was an unusual set up but it worked. Staff was super helpful in getting us on our way to the various places we would go by calling cabs and letting the drivers know where we were going. It was really appreciated. It was just a few blocks away from the MRT. Super nice.
