An incident happened to me regarding snow chains into my Audi car as snowfall was heavy along with -10c temperature, the hotel management dealt with it in a professional man ners. On the outskirts of Bursa city, this hotel offers modern accommodation in an ideal location for leisure activities and winter sports. It also offers extensive spa facilities. Everything was excellent. The staff , facility’s and food are excellent.
