They helped us to plan every day: if you need to see something specific they will arrange it, if you need to buy something specific they will help you, if you need a ride/trip/taxi they will arrange it. They even arranged the best private guide we ever had. The hotel itself, best we of Blue Mosque, walking distance to Sultanahmet square, Ayasofya, Topkapi palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and many more. V tem hotelu smo bili s prijatelji že drugič, kar pomeni, da smo bili zadovoljni. Osebje je res zaupanja vredno, ustrežljivi so, postelje so udobne in neverjetno dobro se spi. Pripravili so nam celo šišo, tako da smo se zabavali ob večerih, ko smo bili že zelo utrujeni. V okolici je vse, kar potrebujete, tramvaj T1 postaja Gülhane in Sirkeci, Marmaray, Eminönü in veliko znamenitosti, ki so dosegljive peš.
Hotel je na super lokaciji, blizu travanja, Marmara metro, Aja Sofija, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, bazaar začimb. Hotel je lepo urejen, zelo čisto, in sobe so dovolj velike. Za zajtrk je vsak dan enako, ampak je res velika izbira, tako da vam ni treba jesti vsak dan enako. Osebje je res prijazno, pomagajo pri vsem kar lahko, mi smo recimo vprašali za 2 dodatni blazini in so nam takoj priskrbeli.
Sobe prostorne in funkcionalno urejene, prav tako kopalnica. Zajtrk je bil korekten, pogrešal sem pogrinjke na mizi. Prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Dobra lokacija, bližina Marmaray železnice z direktno povezavo do centra mesta oziroma ostalih sredstev mestnega transporta (tramvaj, Metro, ladje...)

We ate breakfast only once. It served the purpose. I wouldn't say it was perfect, but there was a wide variety of fresh, quality food. The surroundings were great. About 2 minutes from Taksim Square. It is easily accessible by both public transport and car.

What a wonderful hotel to stay on our first visit to Istanbul ! We upgraded to a bigger room and higher floor to indulge in the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus . The staff were exceptional , not just at the front desk but in all areas of the hotel . Our concierge Gokhan went above and beyond to organise excursions , interesting places to see , transport and our trip to Cappadocia . Food and beverage manager Rusti was a friendly face each day always happy to chat , all of his staff throughout the dining areas ever eager to please. Breakfast was an expansive spread to cater for all tastes , including a chef to cook eggs any way you please. We were very happy to stay at The Lazzoni and will recommend to family and friends .

My friend and I had a fantastic 6-day stay in the hotel. It met all our expectations and we had a wonderful time. We quickly became friends with the hotel staff and specifically with Ramazan who is a wonderful person - very kind, friendly, and hospitable. Ramazan made our stay even more enjoyable. Аre we going to come again - for sure. In August we plan to visit Istanbul again and we will stay again in the "Trip Hotel". Wonderful value for money. Thanks!
