The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, very convenient and surprisingly quiet. Whenever I needed help, the staff responded promptly and effectively. They even arranged taxis for me to get to my destinations seamlessly. Everything was exactly as it should be—comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized. Although I can’t remember the names of all the staff members, I want to express my gratitude to everyone through Hadil, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. If I visit Tunis again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.
