We had stayed at The 18 La Marsa Guest House a few days prior. Our experience was so positive that we decided to cancel our reservation at Sousse and rebook our last night in Tunisia with The 18. Our hosts were extremely helpful and on both stays we had great conversations with them. The accommodations are cozy and comfortable but more importantly ever so convenient to the airport. This is the perfect location for anyone who is departing from Tunis airport in the morning, whether you have a rental car (as we did) or not.

An amazing boutique hotel gem in the middle of the action in La marsa. The highlight of this hotel is the owner family running the place. Theres so much artwork and artifacts scattered on all floors that ties in Tunisian history and culture with fantastic architectural feature that makes this such a unique stay. the rooftop views are amazing and relaxing by the small pool was great. the owner was very friendly and informative and it felt like he brought us into his family.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, perfect location, best quality materials, totally equiped kitchen, great bathroom, 2 air con, balconies, terrace, the location is perfect, the neighbourhood is lovely and secure, and the host Mohamad was super nice and helpful. The neighbourhood "La Marsa" has restaurants, the and coffee places, vibrant nightlife, supermarkets, and is very cool and young. Everything was better than expected and I truly recommend it 100% : )

Great location. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach, but still on short walking distance to the center of crowded La Marsa (max 10 min). Nice pool in the garden with several relax places around. Clean cozy room with great shower. Friendly staff is taking care and make you feel at home. A lovely, tasty breakfast is served. Must be one of the best hotels in Tunis. Highly recommendable!

The Dar el Marsa is a three-story hotel in a great location on the very beach front of La Marsa. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, a modern look in the comfortable rooms and great beds. The spa services were excellent as well as the large 'relaxation space' open to guests. Rooftop restaurant / bar comes highly recommended and has one of the best views in the area.

I liked the owner so much, so respectful, always there to help, and very kind hearted For the facilities, it is so clean and comfortable, and the 2 ACs really helped with Tunisian summer. Te location is so good, 8 minutes walk from la marsa beach which is a really good beach. I totally recommend this place for your stay

The establishment is basically a hidden gem in La Marsa. The decoration, architecture and especially rooms have a mystical and magical feeling to them, details from the past and traditional Tunisian culture mixed with the interior restauration and rework makes it an out of time and space place

Great spot right in the middle of La Marsa. Nice little fully equipped apartment. Clean and modern bed was fairly comfortable. Just make sure you contact the host through WhatsApp before hand to give you the lockbox code so you can get the keys to enter.

In the middle of La Marsa with the beach 2 mins away and everything within reach. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture was super nice and traditional. The host was exceptional as he accommodated us so much regarding the check in time.

Host Feriel and Co. Provided a hostel like intimacy in a hotel setting, extremely personable without being intrusive. The location was fantastic nestled away in back streets or La Marsa, providing easy access to local amenities.

Fantastic hotel in great location in La Marsa near to many restaurants and cafes. Parking in the street was easy outside the hotel. Staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. Very comfortable room and nice breakfast.

Apartment really nice, modern, clean and has everything to stay for few days or even longer time. The host also very nice and easy communication. More than happy, that I chose this aparmtnet for my time in La Marsa.

It was a perfect accomodation. I stayed there only one night because of business issues. I did not want to leave the place. If i had a chance, i would like to make my staying longer than one day. Pool is nice and beach is right front of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and many varieties is available. Lunch was another story, delicious. Hotel was over my expectations. I love the hotel and the staff at the reception. P.s. Here is my advice for the staff at the reception. Don't judge them too early. They take their job so seriously, actually they are nice and lovely people.

I liked the excellent service, the comfortable and quiet room and the excellent breakfast. Also the private beach and the garden with the pool are super nice
