Decorated with great taste, beautiful lobby, and rooms, lots of plants and palmtrees inside and outside, lanterns everywhere (inside and outside) give the place a magic vibe, especially in the evening. Staff are all so nice. Smiles everywhere! Also enjoyed the Zafferano (italian) and Turquoise (asian) restaurants.

The staff was excellent, polite and friendly, in particular Nejib, he was ever so nice and helpful with advice and recommendation, I followed all his advice, cannot thank him more!
