Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooftop patios and the balconies on both sides of my room. Great views and so close to all the sites. The staff were very warm, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. I didn’t get chance to use the pool and sauna but they looked great and the water was warm.

A recently renovated property, Chez ADAC is set in Sidi Bou Saïd near Amilcar Beach, Sidi Bou Said Beach and Corniche Beach. As many other reviews have mentioned, Youssef was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was perfect - from showing us how to watch the Euro Cup on the TV, to providing all kinds of breakfast foods in the refrigerator and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The apartment, which was large and cozy and decorated throughout in very cool art, was in a perfect location, walkable to both the main street of Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa. It was very quiet and safe, and just a short walk up the hill was an incredible sunset view. We absolutely recommend Chez ADAC!

Set within 700 metres of Sidi Bou Said Beach and 1.5 km of Amilcar Beach, La Demeure offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sidi Bou Saïd. Beautifully decorated, charming rooms, lovely outdoor area for relaxing and of course the view is incredible, we read a book next to the pool and soaked up the view for three hours straight after a huge and varied breakfast.

The rooms were amazing, clean and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The staff were also fantastic - very friendly and always on hand to help and provide recommendations. Location is unbeatable, walking distance from Sidi bou Said and right on the water - a highlight of our stay in Tunis. Its unique location at approximately equal distance in the geographical middle between the objectives, makes it possible to visit them - with a little effort, because the distances are still great! – without being dependent on a taxi! If you want to walk, calculate about 30 minutes between the STUDIO and any of the objectives.
