I never reached my destination and had to return to the hotel Again misunderstanding of English was a recurrent theme at this hotel I recommend if you stay here to download the LINE app and request anything you want in writing on the line app as that seemed to have a better result, but of course you can’t use that in the hotel restaurant This is nothing to take away from the intention of the staff to help you as much as possible, but it’s just difficult when they don’t understand anything you’re saying and they don’t tell you when they don’t understand you. I did use Google translate so that they could read it in Thai, but I think some of the staff can’t read in Thai so that doesn’t really help either.
