The staff are friendly and helpful (they even let us check in early because the room was already ready and check out l bit later because our ferry was at 3:30pm). We booked this last minute after our original accommodation turned out to be a disaster. They responded quickly and prepared a room for us with a pineapple juice as a welcome drink. Despite being small, the room was nice, and the hotel's location was fantastic. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was the highlight - large, beautiful, and never felt crowded, even with many people around. They even allowed us to stay at the pool after checkout since our ferry was arriving later.
