Well set in Chiang Mai, Aksara Heritage -SHA Extra Plus provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything was perfect! The staff was the super friendly and attentive. They trully went above and beyond to make our stay super special. The room was amazing, great amenities and the food was exceptional (specially the included buffet breakfast). We had to leave really early to the airport and they were kind enough to give us a box lunch (I've never been to a hotel with that kind of attention).

Beautiful and calm place, with very kind personnel. Room was clean cozy and spacious. Breakfast was soo good with plenty of options, including many Thai flavours. Despite being next to busy street we never heard any noise from it. They offered free transport to and from the airport. The whole experience was so good that I didn’t mind the rule of smoking is a designated area.

Utrolig hyggelig personale, som var veldig behjelpelige. Fin og avslappet atmosfære, god frokost og flott beliggenhet. Rent og fint, og supert at det er vannautomat, kaffe og frukt tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Fine fellesarealer med basseng som det var deilig å avkjøle seg i. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

The Laundry at the Hotel was one of the best i ever had in Thailand , clean and fresh with lovely smell. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable.
