More importantly, the manager herself was very attentive to a special healt-related request, and she was so kind to follow-up the situation at the check-out. It is possible to add more insights on positives, but it can all be summarized in the efficient management style and the well-chosen educated front-desk staff.

Located in Khon Kaen, Neo Hotel (เป็นหนึ่ง) provides 2-star accommodation with private balconies. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I think the price for the quality and the location was great! (30 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk from the lake and the evening food market). I even extended my stay for 3 extra nights with the help of the friendly staff at the reception. I rarely needed to use the air conditioning as the temperature in the room was always pleasant despite the heat outside. The room can be cleaned if you like and 2 small bottles of water are given each day.

The pool under a canopy was beautiful and easy accessible. The restaurant provided a large choice of meals, the staff were all lovely. The room was quiet and well appointed. Not many people around do it was very relaxing and enjoyable.
