The room with private bathroom is good, the aircon is good, breakfast is very good, worth the price, Carlos is a very nice host who goes the extra mile to make your trip comfortable; organising boattrips, excursions on the island, airport transfer or even sometimes cooking a meal in the evening if he has the time. Highly recommended!

Despite not expecting to be picked up I was collected from the airport which was great. I also got to meet lots of the locals too who are so friendly, no tourist trap here, just great people and thanks to Maria for all her help as my Portuguese is limited to hello and thank you!

The staff were super kind, the location was perfect, and the wifi was great!! Nice breakfast with a view of the river and mountains. They also can prepare you other meals if you ask in advance. And it included an airport pickup and drop off. Bed was firm and comfortable and a/c was very strong. All around great service for a reasonable price, right in the town and I was able to use my credit card.

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature, great ocean view and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Perfect place to enjoy Principe. Also within a walking distance from the center. The host is super friendly and the house is very clean, well equiped with an airco, fridge and microwafe and brand new. In the morning you hear all kinds of birds and the place is very peaceful. We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher and would defenitely go back there.

Rita is a great host. Answered promptly any questions, helped me get in contact with a great local guide,Joaquim,to show me around the island and was always available in case you needed anything. I highly recommend Valdivia Homes for anyone traveling to Principe island.

Nastanitev Hotel Roça Sundy se nahaja v mestu Santo António in ponuja restavracijo, brezplačen prevoz, bar, vrt, teraso ter pogled na vrt. Na voljo je brezplačen WiFi. Fantastic stay at Roca Sundy. We had a room in the new wing and it was great. Highlights are the tours (especially with the boat) and the delicious food which was amazing and even better than what we would have expected. The music on some evenings made dinner even more special.

Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.
