Hotel Stupka wordt omgeven door het nationale park Lage Tatra en ligt in het skigebied Tale. Het biedt accommodatie met een wellnesscentrum, biljart, tafeltennis, darts en 2 tennisbanen. We had an end season one night stay. It was more than perfect, breakfast, wellness, staff, bathroom, everything ++. Value for money for end season price was excellent.

Hotel Bystrá*** ligt in een rustige omgeving op 2 km van het skicentrum Tale. The breakfast buffet and dinner changed from day to day and were excellent with a variety of choices. On our last night there was not the minimal number of guests needed to offer a full buffet so breakfast was downsized but we could order off the menu and the portions were immense. The pool area was wonderful (loved the lazy river) as was the sauna area which was accessible for a separate fee. Soft music and candles in both the pool and sauna areas made for a lovely relaxing atmosphere. North Americans may benefit from being advised in advance that bathing suits are not allowed in the sauna, steam room, or whirlpool tub in the sauna area. There is a lovely walking path along a bubbling brook steps from the hotel. The room was not large but had everything we needed including a mini fridge, and as always I love the fact that hotel windows open in Europe so one can sleep with fresh mountain air.

Het Red Deer Hotel ligt in een groene omgeving op 6 km van het centrum van de pittoreske stad Brezno.**** biedt u een ontspannen verblijf aan de voet van de Lage Tatra. Although we arrived shortly before closing time, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and kept the kitchen open!

Absolutely lovely experience. The hotel reception is at the bar of the restaurant. Service ladies are very welcoming and friendly. We comfortably parked our car, checked in, book our breakfast for the next morning and came down for dinner. The menu is perfect for meat lovers as their chef is must have been working for some Michelin restaurant before. Everything was absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious, including ham&eggs for breakfast. The service again was very friendly, polite and fast. The hotel is rather small and simple, but very fresh and neat.

Her bright smile made me feel quite welcome. She answered all my questions and provided a room to secure my bicycle indoors. Breakfast was quite good in the hotel and the staff were efficient and pleasant.

TALBERG SK - Garage parking - Quiet place - Brand new apartments - Tále is gelegen in Tale, op 13 km van Chopok-berg en 43 km van kasteel Liptov. Nice place to stay, many hiking tracks in the aerea. Beautiful nature.
