There was amazing view every morning, also to Triglav. Very peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the blankets warm. The people here were very nice to us also at night when we arrived. They were always nice to us, when we needed something. We tried all products from their farm, milk, soft cheese, hard cheese, bread, salami, sausages, butter, eggs and everything was very tasty and we loved it. We bought all of the products to home when we were leaving. And one of my dreams came true here, I could try to milk the cow! What a luck!

The apartment we had was perfect. Spacious, well-cleaned, fresh, and ideal for a family. The food was some of the best we had during our entire trip to Slovenia. But above all, the service was amazing. We felt welcome and well taken care of from the first minute. The staff quickly learned our habits and went that extra mile, making us feel almost like part of a big family. We loved the place and can’t wait to go back! ❤️

Domačija Markc — это фермерский дом в городе Железники. Из окон открывается вид на горы. Среди удобств есть бассейн, сад и терраса. Также предоставляется бесплатный Wi-Fi. Отличное место для отдыха. Чисто, опрятно, комфортно. На кухне всё есть, чай, кофе, сахар, соль, бумажные полотенца, большой стол. Много кухонных принадлежностей. Удобная кровать с чистым бельем. Розеток достаточно. Красивый сад, красивый вид, тишина. Есть место для отдыха на улице. Рядом городок с магазинами, почтой, музеем, ресторанами. Если хочется отдохнуть вдали от городской суеты, то это отличный выбор.

Miklavževa hiša with a bread oven — это дом для отпуска в городе Железники, в 15 км от такой достопримечательности, как Пещера Бабий зоб. Spacious house with an amazing(!) view on the valley (table outside to enjoy the view and relaxing chairs + firepit for the evening). Surrounded by a mountain garden you feel in the middle of nature in this old farm. The hosts were extremely kind and provided local tips, garden fruits/vegtables and helped immediately if needed (thanks for the coffee :)). Great base in the mountains to explore northern Slovenia away from the busy places (do them on daytrips). Kids can play in garden and with provided toys. We loved the nature! Walks close by. Loved it!!

He knows his country very well and provided us with lots of useful information. We only planned to photograph two churches: Sveti Tomaz / The Church of St. Primož and Felicijan. However, with his information, we stayed one more night and visited Skofja Loka and Spodnja Sorica. Both places are beautiful. The house is very clean with everything provided, especially the fancy coffee machine. We really enjoyed these two days.

Nice bed, nice tv, nice shower, nice neighbours, nice view, nice staff. We felt very welcome and absolutely loved the quiet of the town. People who wake up easily but daylight should bring a sleeping mask. And with the windows open, the ringing of the churchbells is very noticeable (closed not so much).

The location is beautiful. If you ever wanted to "unplug" as it were, this is the place to be. The cottage is in the middle of a lovely forest and the host was most helpful.
