A magic place. It is a very special experience to have a great memory of Slovenia. There is nothing not to like. I would repeat St.Daniel without a doubt. Set in Dobrovo, 35 km from Palmanova Outlet Village, TOSCANINA Garni Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. We very much loved our stay at Toscanina. Firstly, we were warmly welcomed by the host of the hotel, who gave us even extra information regarding sights in the neighbourhood, restaurants and walks. We were offered help with our luggage. The bar normally closed at 9, but we were welcome to stay for a drink, even after closing time, which we found extremely friendly. Again they offered great advice regarding sightseeings and even for our further travelroute. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of different things to choose from and all very very good. They even waited to make the eggs so to make sure that they would still be warm. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and we would surely recommend this hotel.

Safir Hotel Casino is a newly built complex at the Slovenian-Italian border, about 2 km from the centre of Sežana and close to a variety of attractions. The rooms are large and nicely designed, the beds comfortable and the shower hot. The figured maple veneered woodwork, the bathrobes and slippers in the closet and the large bathrooms at this hotel would be more commonly found at much much pricier establishments.

Set in the heart of the Lipica stud farm with over 300 Lipizzaner horses, Hotel Maestoso offers elegant ensuite rooms. Some of them have balconies overlooking the nearby golf course. The rooms were super cool designed, with very creative solutions, and it even had weights and gym equipment in it. The breakfest was amazing and restaurant in the hotel is superb. The best part was that the famous Lipica Horse farm is basically located accross the Hotel, which is a must see visit for all.

Located just 100 metres from the entrance to Postojna Cave and completely refurbished in 2016, Postojna Cave Hotel Jama features an on-site restaurant and bar. The hotel is in the best place for visiting the Postojna Cave. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good.
