Didn't catch his name, but the chef/Mgr of the restaurant at the hotel who served us a phenomenal breakfast obviously loved his job and making sure his guests were well taken care of.

Housed in a historic telephone central office surrounded by green sceneries, Hotel Dobra Vila features a wine boutique and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Wonderful little hotel with 11 bedrooms. Beautiful garden with lots of flowers accessible over the terrace where breakfast is served. The owner is present almost all the time and together with his staff helps to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean and spacious, each dedicated to an object and peace of art that wrote history (501 to famous jeans, 2001 to the great movie…). A touch of class, and a touch of something different. Greatly recommended.

Location was superb.. it’d nice together out of the city and visit this beautiful country setting. .. the accommodations were perfect!! Parking in small alleys and spaces proved to be challenging but doable.

Located in Bovec, 3 km from Soča River, Hotel Sanje ob Soči offers cosy ambiance and stylish design with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The breakfast was really delicious, good choice, good quality, even herbs to choose for your tea. Saunas were also very good. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. We were advised a New Year's Eve dinner at a hotel next door and it was excellent. We can recommend the hotel to anyone. Beautiful nature and a pleasant little town around. We'll be coming back for a summer stay.

Featuring free WiFi, a restaurant and a terrace, Hotel Hvala - Restaurant Topli Val is a family-run hotel located in Kobarid in the Soča Valley. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone is extremely hardworking and I think it's a great hotel. I am Japanese and I felt "OMOTENASHI" from them. I would like to stay there again.

Offering an on-site restaurant, Hotel Boka is located in Soča Valley, 4 km away from the town of Bovec overlooking the Julian Alps. great location, really beautiful. Close to the waterfall and river trails. staff was so helpful, gave us tips on the area and modern hotel. The breakfast was SO good. I highly recommend this hotel!

The newly built Hotel Mangart can be found in Bovec on the edge of the Triglav National Park. The rooms and suites feature a balcony, a cable TV, a mini bar and free Wi-Fi. Hotel receptionist was extremely accommodating and upgraded us to a suite. Even though we arrived late (as the kitchen was closing, she said it was no problem and we could order dinner. The staff was very friendly and the location was great! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Enjoying a central location in Bovec, which offers a wide selection of winter and summer sports, the modern Hotel Alp is a perfect starting point to explore the natural surroundings. Hotel has a very good location. Our room was clean. Stuff was nice. Breakfest was very good - many options to choose from :)

Apartments Masera is located in Kobarid. Surrounded by a garden, it offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free Wi-Fi access. Room was super clean, modern and nicely equipped with outlets by the bed, great shower, comfortable bed, mini fridge, and a lovely terrace overlooking a small orchard. There was plenty of glassware and silverware for any food or beverage you'd like to enjoy outside. The owner was lovely and very kindly let us keep our car parked at the hotel while we visited the Kobarid Museum after we checked out. Highly recommend!
