This stylish, eco-friendly hotel is on the Brunnsgatan shopping street, within 10 minutes’ walk of Nyköping Central Station. Access is free to its gym, sauna and hot tub. We had a great room in the new building with a huge king and 2 bunks so it was perfect for a family of 4. We had an excellent breakfast with a beautiful ambiance and atmosphere at breakfast. The lights were low there were candles and a calm serene eating experience and not a rude awakening with bright lighting and music like in other hotels. This was located in the heart of the town near everything. About a 10 min walk to the train station so you can get to Stockholm in 45 mins with ease. use the www.sj.se site to buy tickets. They also ordered us a taxi to the airport which was only 305 kruna. The bar downstairs was open til 12am and they have a really chill lounge downstairs to relax with a local beer.

Overlooking the Eskilstuna River, this hotel is housed in the same building as the Munktell Museum. It offers a light evening meal, afternoon tea/coffee and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. The staff was super helpful and kind. Perfect communication in English. I was assisted in anything I needed. No issues with a slightly early check-in and a slightly late check-out. A rental bike was at my disposal in the price of the stay. Also, included in the price of the stay, the hotel offered breakfast, tea, coffee and sweets, and dinner every day with a variety of food and drinks. All tasted really good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. There was a desk and a good enough wi-fi connection in the room for remote work.

Tiny but perfect bungalows surround a small pool and an outdoors dining. It’s one of these rare gems where you are comfortable bringing your kids or your lover. the restaurant is friendly, romantic and the food is simple, elaborate, honest and delicious.
