Housed in a beautiful historic building, only 17 km from Växjö, Villa Gransholm offers activities like canoeing and tennis. The individually decorated rooms have wooden floors and a work desk. Very nice staff and service, extra nice room. The dinner was great. What can I say, one of the best weekends we ever spent in a hotel.

500 metro ang IKEA Hotell mula sa Älmhult train at bus station. Pinalamutian ng mga kasangkapan na IKEA, nag-aalok ito ng Swedish cuisine at en suite rooms na may TV. Libre ang WiFi at paradahan. The hotel was an epitome of the IKEA brand. From the furniture, maximizing small spaces, functionality, design and quirkiness. I was surprised that they even gave us free tickets to the IKEA Museum! The breakfast was pretty decent, too.

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. Perfect for a solo traveller, central location, exceptionally clean, comfy bed, peace and quiet. I was informed that the room is going to be 'very' small and indeed it was, but it was so so cozy. A very good breakfast with various options. 10/10

Set by the leafy Teaterparken Park in central Växjö, Elite Park Hotel offers free WiFi and rooms with cable TV. Växjö Station is just a few minutes' walk away. Very nice staff, it was pet friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and it is located very central. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had many choices. We will surely come again!

Just 50 metres from the shore of Lake Trummen, this grand castle hotel has a sauna, hot tub and a garden. Free Wi-Fi is available and the Teleborgs Slott also has its own gift shop. We were accommodated in the small house near entrance to the castle park. The room was clean and spacious with nice view, bathroom super big with bath. Breakfast very generous and delicious. For dinner you can pick from menu, all choices were great. Loved the possibility to order craft beers. Staff was friendly and helpful.
