Set in an 1883 theatre building, this hotel is within 200 metres of Östersund’s pedestrian street, Prästgatan, and the bus terminal. The theatre is a lively host for various events and music concerts.... Everything was Just perfect, and the little treat for the dog was such a nice touch. Comfortable , clean, perfect location. We will be back for sure!

It was my second time choosing this hotel and they didn't dissapoint. It is a great stay where it's possible to have a relaxing evening after a travel to hit the road the next day. The facilities are wonderful, the room has everything you need and the staff is helpful as always. They have a grocery store nearby with many options to choose from and everything else is pretty close to the hotel.

Located in Järpen, 47 km from Åre Train Station, Hotel Kallgården provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We stayed here for just one night, but were amazed by the hospitality, service quality and cleanliness. The three course dinner for two was 800 sek. The portions were huge and the food was mouthwatering. If you're not staying the night, I'd at least advice ordering your dinner here. Believe me, the food is that GOOD here. Think of Elite Hotels Sweden quality, but cheaper. Our night stay included a breakfast, which was excellent. Nothing fancy, just your standard Swedish breakfast, but again the food was perfect. The premises were clean, the homemade buns were warm and yummy. Our room had probably the comfiest bed and mattress that I've ever slept on! No joke, everything here is that good :) Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We got advised on the must see locations in the region and even got a map as a souvenir 🤭 I cannot recommend Hotell Kallgården enough. Bundled with fabulous food, exceptional customer service, it's a must stay if you're in the region. Keep up the good work, guys :)
