First of all because of the staff who was amazing, so kind and fun and they suggested us beautiful places to visit such as Uqdah, a panoramic view of the city, a very typical restaurant serving local food. The room was very clean and spacious with any kind of comfort. The hotel has also a cafeteria and many parking lots. Highly recommended!!!!

I requested a change of room which the receptionist actioned immediately. I don't have her name but she went above and beyond to look after my comfort. The second incident was when I required 25 copies of a document for a workshop that i was conducting at the hospital. Mr Abdul got the documents printed in no time thus saving me a lot of trouble as I would've had to roam around the city for a printer. Both staff members were thoroughly professional and looked after me in a very polite and impeccable manner.
