Luxurious new hotel with a strong emphasis on excellent service. If it’s not a 5 star hotel it should be. The moment you arrive in their underground parking garage you are taken care of. From the welcome drink at check in ( haven’t had one of those for years!!) to the absolutely delicious evening meal and the smooth departure. Everything is very polished and of a high standard. The staff are very friendly, extremely competent and are clearly well trained as it’s across the whole hotel. The spa facilities are superb. There wasn’t anything we could fault!

The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. Hotel Buket Zlatibor offers comfortable rooms and features a restaurant and a bar. Surrounded by a spacious garden, the 4-star hotel also includes a spa & wellness centre and a fitness area. Specios apartmant, every day changing towels, location perfect in front of children play aria for sledding, wellness is more beautifull and bigger then in the pictures. Always clean! Food fantastic and big variant of dishes.

Hotel Iris ligger 8 km fra skisportsstedet Tornik i Zlatibor og tilbyder sine gæster gratis brug af hotellets spa-center med indendørs swimmingpool, finsk sauna og saltrum. Room was spatious, with nice balcony with a view. Towels are changed daily, and room is cleaned daily as well. Staff is extra friendy and very helpfull. Location is superb - you need 5 minutes on foot to reach center of Zlatibor. Parking is provided for guests. Breakfast is very good. Wellness center is nice.
