It was our first time in Nis and we were looking for a hotel with SPA. We had a great time in the sauna and in the jacuzzi. The staff was very polite and attentive. They gave us good recommendations for restaurants with live music and they even made reservations for us. The rooms were very good size. We had a nice big terrace, a nice bathroom and the floor in the bathroom was heated - we loved that. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The hotel has parkimg lots if you go by car. Check in and check out were both very quick and smooth. When we checked out, the staff gave us bottles of water for our journey back home - such a nice touch! Thabk you Zen hotel people! We will definitely be back soon!

Apartment is clean and quiet, location is very good, just beside Nišava River, city centre and Niš fortress are only few minutes by foot, bars and shops are near by. Could highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable
After a long drive we arrived to the hotel. The staff was super helpful and had reserved a parking spot for us. After settling in the room, we spend 1-2 hours at the pool which we all appreciated. Food was good. Beds were comfy, room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The view is nice, and the hotel overlooks the city of Nis, which makes it nice and picturesque. We will come back again :)
Turkish breakfast was excellent, cappuccino maybe better than in Italy 😃 Kudos for the hygiene in the hotel and restaurant. Location is 5minute from center.

Cozy and friendly place with a great sense of style. It was lovely to see the birds in the tree right outside our window! Staff could not have been more helpful.
The hotel has its own restaurant which is very convenient. The rooms have heating, which was important with children. The location of the hotel is not very good, but we liked it.

The location is very good, the place is big with large garden and parking spaces. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with AC and air purifier. They allow pets for no extra cost. Very good value for money. I would recommend for a stop if you are driving on the highway.
