Food was great with a huge selection of both continental and European foods. There was a large number of us staying, all different rooms, with different experiences and not one complaint from anyone. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. The gym is well equipped and the SPA center is really great. There are two types of Sauna, one steam bath, a salt relaxation room and a nice jacuzzi. We also booked some massage (which was not included of course) and liked it. Breakfast is really great and the food is tasty. The hotel is pet-friendly for smaller animals and there is no additional fee to pay. Our room was on the third floor and there was enough space, it was also well equipped. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely come again when visiting Novi Sad, it was great!

Ideally located close to the centre of Novi Sad, the luxurious Prezident Hotel is a 5-minute walk to Novi Sad's Fair, offering a secure parking lot and a transfer service. Clean and the personnel nice. It also had an electric car charger, and it was free. The food was also really nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they even prepared a breakfast package for me since I had to leave early in the morning. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
