Very polite hotel staff, which supported us with all our questions (even in English language). The hotel have a big private parking space and a passenger lift. The hotel room is very big, very clean and in a good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel room was very quiet. The bath room is very clean too and have a very good shower. The hotel is located in the city center of Tulcea, very close to all public offices, city authorities, the tribunal Tulcea, as well as to the tourist attractions (Danube boat tours).
I had an excellent stay at Hotel Europolis, situated in the heart of Tulcea town. I had a good size room, very clean, with a wide screen TV (many channels to choose from) and a fridge, both in good working order. The bed was comfortable with fresh sheets. A nicely decorated bathroom with a power shower and hair dryer - all making for a perfect stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The personnel was friendly, helpful and attentive. I couldn't ask for more!

The property is as per the pictures- a great place to spend our days in Tulcea. everything is impeccably clean and the host is welcoming and available for all questions. Ionut received us and explained all the functionalities of the apartment and then only came back at the time of the checkout, remaining available via phone.the place is as central as it gets. we loved staying here and will definitely come back. highly recommended.

Nice studio in an apartment buidling in Tulcea. The bed is a sofa bed which slept reasonably well. Well-equipped kitchen. Good airconditioning. Parking spot in front of the building. Very helpful host. There was a problem with the WiFi when we arrived, but he found a quick solution.
We needed an overnight stop in Tulcea before continuing onto Sfantu Gheorghe the next morning and this newish hotel just fitted the bill being only five minutes from the train station by taxi. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and the hotel staff most helpful and hospitable.
