The Brukenthal is a stately palace from 1788, formerly used as the summer residence of Transylvanian Baron Samuel von Brukenthal. We stayed one night at the Brukenthal Palace while crossing Romania. It was a great experience. We had a tasty dinner from a menu with a wide choice of meals. The rooms were comfortable, the personnel - young, well trained, efficient, and friendly. We also enjoyed the variety they offered for breakfast: local products, very well prepared.

The rabbit hole extension is in a separate building, very close to the city centre. It is self check in, so you get a code and can check in whenever you arrive - very convenient. The location is very quiet in a courtyard and breakfast was excellent - thank you for the nice stay :-)
