Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

It's an old building adapted for today. We booked the loft because it seemed more unusual. Definitely recommend!
