The newly renovated Splendid Conference & Spa Hotel is located in the northern area of the Mamaia resort on the Romanian Black Sea Riviera, 200 metres from the beach. They gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room in the new building of the hotel. The room was very clean, nice view to the lake. They also have their own parking space which is a big plus. The spa area was also clean, the pool is big and warm enough.
