The Staff and the hotel itself is top notch! Marciej and Alicja were super helpful when I had some questions. Somebody give them a raise 😉 The hotel has a unique artsy vibe to it, with well-thought through decor and amenities. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the main square so it’s really quiet at night as opposed to some of the other hotels. And the prices were very affordable! I don’t know how but PURO manages to pull it off. Wow!

Everything was very personalized and detailed. My room was perfect for me and so peaceful and cozy. Loved it!

For the second time we stayed at Hotel Włoski Italia Boutique Old Town Poznań. Great location, close to the city center, yet away from the busy street. A very charming hotel with a beautiful interior. In the room complimentary bottle of wine for our welcoming. Very comfortable bed, nice and clean bedding. Delicious breakfasts, a huge selection of everything. For me the homemade pate and bread were amazing. Bread was fresh every day, it tasted like real bread baked many years ago. Very nice staff, smiling, friendly, helpful. We were served during breakfasts by charming Karolina and in the restaurant during dinner by equally nice Marta and Bartosz. We also remembered professional and nice Joanna from the reception. Everything together made our stay at the hotel very pleasant and joyful.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to suit everyone’s tastes. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for the money, and I believe it deserves a 5-star rating. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, first lady we met at reception was super nice and caring. The hotel approach is very thoughtful, e.g. 4 towels per person in a room. Beds are cozy, rooms are spacious, hotel worth 4 stars if to compare to other 4-5 hotels in other localities. A bit noisy outside and some minor things like this you could spot, but overall impression in very good. Direct access to lake beach, were you can swim. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is also nice with friendly staff and not the hugest choice, but very tasty and big portions. Swimming pool is not big, but beatifully designed.
