The breakfast room and the restaurant are nicely decorated, being family owned they pay attention to details (eg: decorations) and they serve good quality food. Everything is spotless clean, we'd love to come back.

It exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice - especially the rooms - so gorgeous and clean. We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. We will definitely come back!

Loved our stay here --- we're definitely booking here again next time. We had enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 5). Access to the beach through their sister hotel was convenient; I found it nice that beach towels were also provided aside from normal bathroom towels. Hotel breakfast spread offered lots of choices and was kid-friendly. I was anxious at first on how the parking situation would be (based on reading the other reviews), but we were able to always have a spot for the 2 nights that we stayed.

A romantic hotel in a picturesque location with beautiful and lavish interior design. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the food was amazing, and we really enjoyed the spa area with different kinds of sauna. For us, it was the perfect place for a short weekend getaway!
it’s a very quiet location, away from the bustle but still within walking distance to the center. breakfast was good, and I like the halb pension option - as sometimes you just don’t feel like going to a restaurant and ordering.

The spacious set up of a 'former' grand hotel and the helpful staff, the possibility and suggestions to book excursions, the galerie with beautiful maritime pictures, the thermal pool,the direct entry way to the beach, only to mention a few. To have a complimentary water bottle in the room upon arrival and throughout the stay was excellent.
The buffet breakfast was very good. It provided a great variety. The location was good to get to the beach and to the town centre.

Location was wonderful - very close to the promenade and to the beach yet quiet in the evenings. Room was clean with a balcony and bathroom. Modern and spacious room and facility. Great breakfast with a range of choices and ideal times for visitors who like to be early or like to sleep in. Modern pool and spa area. And location is in the heart of Bansin's coastal line. Dinner in their restaurant was enjoyable and delicious.
