They were always ready to help and answer any questions or needs I had. Restaurant: As a beer enthusiast, I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying the beers offered by the hotel's restaurant, which includes a mini-brewery on the ground floor. This unique feature added a special touch to my stay. A Gesture of Appreciation: I would like to extend a special thanks to the staff for a particularly considerate gesture. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in the room. The hotel team was incredibly kind, sending me the charger by mail. In conclusion, I highly recommend Best Western Hotel Mariacki to anyone visiting Katowice, whether it's for business or pleasure. My experience was memorable, and the quality of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return!
