If things weren't right, they fixed it to make it better. - Literally minute from airport (was so close you could probably walk) - Short walk to beach (note it is NOT ON the beach, but down the block) and drugstore, restaurants - High end fixtures, appliances, furniture. Gorgeous layout of room, HUGE and beautiful floor to ceiling windows and curtains that provided blackout. Solid wood furniture, Dyson hair dyers, Bidets with automatic seat lift, SMEG water heater, Nespresso coffee machine. Shower was with different options- had the rain shower which was great. They even had a vinyl record player which was a treat! Everything was so clean and tidy - Vegan breakfast! WHAT?! Yes, you can have a vegan breakfast in El Nido and it was deliciously crafted by the master Chef Raymond. So delicious and overwhelmingly generous portions. Chef Raymond was the best- he was so hospitable and his staff catered to all of our needs. He went out of his way to ensure we ate great. The BEST breakfasts we ever had and he even tailored to my son who has multiple food allergies! He was so hospitable and we were so full. My son was so happy to be able to freely eat. - Did I mention how amazing the staff were? From our pickup driver Elmer (they have private drivers that can drive you to town and back), to the chef Raymond, to staff James, Divine- everyone addressed us by name and worked to make our stay hospitable. They provided towels for excursions, umbrellas for rainy days, an option to have clothes laundered. When we had to fly back to Manila, I asked if they had a scale to help weigh luggage for the plane. They didn't have one, but transported this HUGE scale from their sister hospital in the downtown just so we could weigh. I was so grateful! - Refreshing pool was clean and perfect way to end the day

This was the best hotel we have stayed at - probably ever! It definitely exceeded our expectations, as everything was perfect and so much attention was paid to detail. Here a few things we loved. - Location - Extremely friendly, forthcoming and knowledgeable staff. We can't point out how friendly everyone was. Each time we entered the hotel, they greeted us with our names and had a chat with us. - Room: spacious, most comfy beds and pillows, smart TV, very clean and modern - breakfast: included in our booking. very luxurious, with a wide range of (vegan) choices, and both smoothie and juice changing daily. My partner and I both are not vegan, but we absolutely loved the breakfast. - So much attention to detail: no plastic bottles, free coffee and cookies all day long, HH the hotel cat, complimentary coffee, free entry to the nearby gym (5 min by scooter), free beach towels... All in all, definitely stay in H Hotel if you can!

Não fazia sentido passar por palawan sem conhecer esta ilha maravilhosa. Staff muito amigável. Possibilidade de fazer snorkeling num navio naufragado na 2 guerra mundial sem ter de se deslocar de barco para o visitar. Dos corais mais bonitos de palawan. Quando reservar tenha atenção o valor dos transferes! A comida deste alojamento é um sonho. Das melhores que experimentamos nas Filipinas. Para alem de tudo isto é espetacular fazer este retiro sem wi-fi e eletricidade apenas a noite.
Tudo bom e à semelhança do ano passado ainda nos guardaram as malas quando fomos fazer a excursão a Balabac.
O Hotel fica numa ilha incrivelmente bonita, desde do mar azul turquesa com os corais e vida marinha mais bonita que já vi, aos morcegos da fruta no ar que migram todas as tardes para outras ilhas, é realmente mágico! O trajeto de barco até ao hotel também foi muito bom e eficiente.

One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking. The resort is beautifully secluded, and yet just a 30 minute boat ride away from Palawan mainland. The level and quality of the resort is really second to none, they’d literally go out of their way to make your experience as perfect as you’d expect it to be. Big thank you for the entire team
