At this price point not all hotels have hot water. Onsite restuarant is good and several di ing options available I n walking distance..
We were met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Phebi) on arrival, who quickly helped us with an early check in. Phebi and the owner, Kim, helped us with many requests throughout our stay, always with a smile! The room was clean and the facilities were nice (hot and cold showers!), free toiletries were included and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space plus a desk, TV, wardrobe and bedside table. The view from the balcony was nice as the hotel is tucked away (but not far!) from the main city so it was quiet and peaceful with a view to some mountains. Although the hotel was tucked away, it was still easy to access the city with moto-taxis within 3 minutes walk.
Great location Friendly and very helpful staff.
The service was exceptional. I left a flash drive in the room upon checking out. After messaging, the staff confirmed it was found and will hold it till I return. :-)
