The location of the hotel is perfect for us because we avoided the traffic from peñafrancia. We owe our Mom's life to the staff of El Sancho. The assist they gave us was amazing. She had to be sent to the ER in BMC and everybody knew what to do and how to to respond. Thank you El Sancho. We'll be coming back.

Isarog.

The staff were very professional, and helped me go around - I was there for only one night, but they were able to guide me to do whatever I could in the short period that the city was open on Christmas Eve. The food recommendations for local delicacies was awesome. Am grateful for the suggestions.

Ang Villa Caceres Hotel na isang magandang property sa Naga City ay may libreng Wi-Fi at libreng 2-way airport shuttle galing ng Pili Airport. Excellent place, very clean and the staff are amazing. I did find the accommodation a bit pricey though.

This 5-star hotel offers room service and free WiFi.... The staff helped me execute a dinner and proposal to my now wife in front of her family. It achieved "magical"-- of course I will give 5 stars! I do want to specify that I appreciated the way that they kept track of our expenses and trusted us to settle the bill later-- it allowed everyone to enjoy the moment and I think was a professional way of doing things.
