Nestled in the tranquil south-western part of the island, Busuanga Bay Lodge boasts an outdoor infinity pool, a private dive centre and in-house wine cellar. I can not recommend BBL enough, the location and view is out of this world. The rooms are large, well maintained and super clean. All the food was great. The staff helped me in so many ways going the extra mile.

The place was phenomenal, and the view was great! It exceeded our expectations. If you're planning to stay in Ocam-Ocam Beach, I would highly recommend this place. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, especially Jason. The facilities were clean.

We were very impressed by the quality and variety of the food, everything was made with care. Javier was an excellent host/guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Black Island. Also the facilities were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent value for money.

The villa is in an amazing location overlooking the sea and offering a great place to look at the sunset from its refreshing pool. Additionally in the villa we could use complimentary kayaks and snorkeling equipment to explore the surroundings. The property is immersed in the nature and it is reached with a short yet magical boat ride across the bay with a private boat. Thus, offering a very peaceful retreat but still having many services nearby like the diving center right across the bay or the beautiful resort on top of the hill. The mind blowing location is paired with an incredible service provided by its house manager that no matter what will make everything possible and seamlessly smooth (from organizing island hopping tours with packed lunch and chilled drinks, to book restaurants or plan a van to go and return from Coron town). Finally, this stay offers the best of staying in a villa with 5-star hotel services including daily cleaning and an amazing cook that can prepare tasty meals and cook for you the catch of the day from the local fisherman. All in all our stay went above every expectation and if you are lucky enough to meet the landlord, Peter, you would have the chance to learn many curious facts of the Philippines and the nearby area.

Beautiful sea and island views as the property is at the top of the hill. We recommend watching sunset from the hotel dinning area. Really tasty freshly prepared food (some of the best we’ve had to date in the Philippines). Very clean rooms, each bungalow is on stilts and has its own balcony and two seats. The staff were all really welcoming and clearly cared about our comfort during our stay. It’s a short journey downhill to Ocam Ocam beach where you can snorkel and relax. We took our bikes to make the journey back up hill a little easier. If you’re an animal lover, the property dogs are cute, good natured and well cared for. There are three medium to large lizards that help to keep the bugs at bay and we were also lucky enough to be visited by the local monkeys.
