Tierra Viva Trujillo has accommodations in Trujillo near Trujillo Main Square and Chan Chan Mud City. We lovvvvvved this property! This was the highlight of Trujillo. The room was comfortable and super clean, the shower was the best water pressure I think I’ve ever felt in my life, and the breakfast was hot, fresh and replenished well! Super great! We even booked directly to their other property in Lima Miraflores (which was actually a let down in comparison to Trujillo!)

We had like a mini suite with sitting room, patio area with seating, as well as comfortable bed, ensuite and massive TV. Power points on both sides of the bed is a plus. Breakfast on the 5th floor was great! It is a little away from the centre square but for a 10 PEN Uber, we got there too easy. 16 PEN to the airport.

We could checkin at 8am after our arrival with the nightbus which was very appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. Breakfast was good as well! Can recommend.

Extremely good value for the price we paid, this hotel matches the standards of the Ibis we can see in europe, for a fraction of the price. Bed was super comfy, room was clean, breakfast (buffet) had a lot of options. Overall it was the perfect place to rest after the treks we just finished in Huaraz.
